The founders , father and son Wim and Tim Hardeveld, decided to introduce this short stay concept into the Netherlands after a vacation in Australia in 2007.

Tim Hardeveld is active as General Manager for Havaa Apartments next to is parttime study "Small Business". Furthermore,  Tim develops small real estate business projects.

Wim Hardeveld is busy as engineering manager for a large oil company. Wim provides advice and support for the further development of Havaa Apartments.

Havaa Apartments is a young  company that rents out short-stay apartments in Utrecht.

All our apartments are primely located in the centre of Utrecht. Surrounded by shops, restaurants and cafes, this is the ideal location to enjoy all that Utrecht has to offer.
